Chinook Shiver

The 2008th edition of the Chinook Shiver

is almost here. The ride leaves from the

Yakima Athletic Club and stays together

to the first stop. After that people typically

ride their own pace. Some people turn around

in Tampico, others head up the south fork of

Ahtanum Creek until they hit snow or the end

of the road. Mike from the Revolution has offered

up his house for warmth and food again this year.

There will be a sweep for the ride. Let's hope for

some great weather to kick off the riding season.
